Fine Tuning Experiential Skills in Schema Therapy Live 1-Day Intensive
September 6, 2024

The use of experiential techniques is an essential component of schema therapy. Imagery Rescripting offers a structured yet flexible approach to confront and rewrite maladaptive beliefs, promoting enduring positive change and is an essential ingredient to schema therapy practice.

Many clinicians, however, wish to develop greater confidence in using such techniques.
