Schema Therapy & EMDR- A Therapy Power Couple?
October 1st (2024) Start,
16 Hours of Active CPD
EMDR and Schema therapy are highly effective, evidence-based interventions for various disorders. From their initial development, both EMDR and Schema therapy have been considered integrative therapies, allowing the therapists to draw on their skills from other therapeutic techniques to improve client outcomes. In this training, we will demonstrate ways to combine the dynamic duo to supercharge your therapy game. The presentation will explore how EMDR and Schema Therapy can therapeutically complement each other and offer synergistic client outcomes. This course is designed for therapists who have at least initial training in both EMDR and schema therapy.
The training is on demand and pre-recorded, allowing you to complete things in your own time and place. The program also includes a live Zoom consultation meeting.
Learning outcomes
· Understand the benefit of combining these interventions, and when this may be most helpful
· Develop skills in bypassing experiential avoidance

A PDF certificate will be issued on completion for 16-Hours of CPD/ credit.
